“Can We Talk?” 

Question: How would people know what Jesus was offering really was from God? 

Answer: One thing — ___________________________ among               His followers. 

John 15:9-12 “As the Father has loved Me, so have I loved you. Now remain in My love.  If you keep My commands, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commands and remain in His love.  I have told you this so that My joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.  My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.” 

John 17:20-21 “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in Me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as You are in Me and I am in You. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that You have sent Me.” 

Jesus meant: This unity, and this unity _______________ would grab the world’s attention and confirm that Jesus was from the Father. 

What Does “Biblical Unity” Mean? 

1. Not _____________ – where everyone looks and thinks alike.
