But I’m All About Me Get Off Your “But”

Mark 9:35, “Sitting down, Jesus called the Twelve and said, ‘Anyone who wants to be first must be the very last, and the servant of all.’”

Mark 10:43, 45, “Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, ⁴⁵For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”

1. According to Jesus, the key to the life we are called to live is _______________________________.

John 13:4-5, “…so He got up from the meal, took off His outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around His waist. After that, He poured water into a basin and began to wash His disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around Him.”
