Repent of your sins. “I tell you … except ye repent ye shall all likewise perish.” Luke 13:3. Read also Acts 2:38 and Acts 11:18
Confess faith in Christ. “Whosoever shall confess me before men, him will I also confess before my Father
which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 10:32-33. Read also Romans 10:9-10, Matthew 16:16, and Acts 8:37
Be buried with Christ in Christian baptism. “Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death; that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we should walk in the newness of life.” Romans 6:4. Read also I Peter 2:19-21 and John 3:1-15.
For more information on becoming a Christian, read the book of Acts.
Our relationship with Christ does not end when we accept Him as our Savior. That is just the beginning! It is important for us to continue to study, learn, and grow as Christians. It is also crucial that we develop healthy, supportive relationships with fellow Christians. Lincoln Street Christian Church provides these growth opportunities through:
  • Small Group Bible Studies
  • Wednesday Bible Studies
  • Book club
  • Social events
  • Monthly coffee fellowship
  • Prayer chain
